The System
In this video and the ones that follow, he talks about his past as a gambler. Besides just being a level headed gambler, he states that he has developed his own money management system that works in craps, blackjack and baccarat. The system does not tell you how to play, only how the manage your money (how much to bet) when you are winning, losing, with streaks and other patterns.
Basically it is increase your bets when you are ahead and decrease your bets when you are losing – but he implies a limits for each.
